I take a compassionate, collaborative approach, meeting each person where they are. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore their experiences, build insight, and grow. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at your own pace.
I have a background in mental health counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and sports psychology. I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, life transitions, self-esteem, and performance enhancement. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change through a supportive, client-centered approach.
Driven by compassion and curiosity, I strive to create meaningful impact through connection, creativity, and care. I believe in showing up authentically and helping others feel seen, heard, and valued.
