When we are changing and growing, we can often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disoriented or uncertain. It is possible to move through the discomfort and regain our sense of empowerment.

Experiences in our past can show up in our present relationships, mood, behavior and worldview. Counseling may include a combination of experiential, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. We'll build off your strengths and explore what will be most helpful for you. Weekend and evening appointments available.

My beliefs include:
There is no such thing as unusual behavior if you know someone's whole story • We don’t exist in a vacuum • Science is real • Black lives matter • Women’s rights and LGBTQ+ rights are human rights • The struggle is real but we don't have to go through it alone • Kindness and social justice are worth fighting for.
