With over 25 years of experience, I provide a compassionate, supportive, and welcoming space for individuals facing anxiety and depression, problematic relational dynamics, substance use and/or addictive behaviors, and life transitions.
My approach is to work collaboratively to help raise consciousness about what you are facing and to explore inner and outer resources (both conscious and unconscious), such as thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and your dreams, values, and imagination.
Feel free to email or call with any questions that you have about the counseling process. I am happy to help.
