I help people stop suffering from chronic worry, anxiety and obsessive thinking. If you're repeatedly stuck in your head fighting constant worries and fearful thoughts and have tried everything without success, I will teach you effective ways to get out of your head. You will learn how to deal with intrusive thoughts and how to take control over the direction of your life.

My approach reduces severe anxiety and worry to bring lasting results. I've combined researched based practices and philosophy, the tools I've personally used with anxiety and what has worked for over two decades with clients. It delivers results that allow you to stop being a prisoner of thoughts and enjoy life.

If you've had enough of worrying and overthinking and you're ready to stop, I'll show you the way out.
