Are you struggling with being able to motivate yourself? Do you have little energy or can't seem to focus? Do you feel isolated from others and have trouble forming relationships. As a counselor in the field for close to 15 years I have been helping clients and students like yourself work through and overcome many of these issues. I have worked on college campuses and was also a mentor for international students at the University at Buffalo.where I studied Psychology and Counseling. If you are looking for support to help navigate this time please reach out to me. I offer telehealth services as well as home or community visits. I look forward to hearing from you.
