Healing IS possible! It can feel difficult to have hope when you are experiencing challenging emotions and circumstances. It takes a great deal of courage and vulnerability to seek support. I am honored you found my profile! You can expect to be given respect and confidentiality no matter what issues you are struggling with. I believe counseling should be a collaborative experience where you feel safe and understood. I offer a listening ear and direct feedback throughout the process as you gain a sense of clarity and take action towards meeting your goals. I support individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including communication and intimacy issues, addiction and 12-step recovery, grief and loss, chronic illness, problematic sexual behavior including sex and porn addiction, infidelity, and betrayal trauma.
Being a counselor is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I view my role as a guide, walking alongside my clients as they navigate the challenging work of truth-seeking and self-discovery. You can expect to be treated with empathy, and receive guidance tailored to your specific needs. Reach out for a phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit!
