As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I'm excited to be part of this thriving campus community and to support students as they navigate the challenges and opportunities of college life in NYC.

I work with students experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, ADD, and ADHD. Whether you're struggling with academic pressures, identity exploration, or personal relationships, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing to help students build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive—both on campus and beyond.
