Accepting clients Last Updated 12 days ago

I work with people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change—people who want to feel confident, connected, and in control of their lives. Many of my clients are seeking support for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship challenges, or low self-esteem.

My goal is to help you move toward a healthier, fulfilling version of yourself.

Many of my patients are readers. When desired, I suggest novels that offer insight, perspectives, or emotional connections to themes we’re exploring in therapy. This creates a meaningful and creative pathway to growth. Curious? Follow The Character's Toolkit on IG

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We’ll start by identifying your strengths and any patterns—whether in thinking, behavior, or relationships—that may be holding you back. From there, we’ll use evidence-based strategies to build healthier, more sustainable ways of coping and engaging with life.

I see patients online in New York and Virginia, and in person or online in Missouri. I've been in private practice for 10+ years. Before that, I worked in inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings.

If you think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out for a free consultation call to get to know each other and see if working together feels right to you.
