I partner with people who are struggling and want to become happier and healthier versions of themselves. More specifically, many of my patients are seeking help related to an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a lack of confidence.

Here's what it looks like to work with me:

First, we explore areas of your life that are working well and that are problematic. Second, we identify maladaptive behavioral and thought patterns. Then, using evidence-based approaches, we find healthier ways to approach life. You can count on me to walk with you through this.

Before entering private practice in 2014, I worked in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment settings.

If you want to explore working together, reach out to schedule a free consultation phone call.

I work with people face-to-face in Clayton, MO, and online (residents of Missouri and Virginia).

Interested in learning therapy concepts and coping skills? Check out this fun resource I created: The Character's Toolkit (www.thecharacterstoolkit.com).

I’m looking forward to connecting with you.
