Life in your 20s and 30s can feel like a constant balancing act—juggling career pressures, relationships, family expectations, and your own mental health. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a major life transition, or unsure how to set boundaries and create the life you want. I specialize in helping young adults and professionals navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is a supportive space to pause, reflect, and build the tools you need to feel grounded, empowered, and ready for what’s next.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs—combining compassion with evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and create actionable steps to move forward in alignment with your goals.
For clients navigating trauma, I offer trauma-informed care as a Level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner. With an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia and board certification by the NBCC, I bring both expertise and empathy to our work. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and your well-being, let’s connect!
