I strive to create a warm, gentle, and supportive space that is free of judgment and encourages curiosity about your experiences, guides you to develop self-compassion, and explores strategies to help you manage. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and I draw from my training in existential and person-centered therapies. I also offer mindfulness as a therapeutic tool.
