Seeking support and facing therapy jargon during these times can feel overwhelming. Instead, I offer a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and sincere relationship where you can explore deeper, novel understandings of your mind and body and foster insights and empathy for yourself and your loved ones.

In our work we will begin to name the unnamed meanings, perspectives, and desires that you hold and find their place in the future you want to build.
