I am a therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University (Canada). Throughout my career, I developed an expertise in treatments for depression, anxiety and addiction.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based effective approach to helping individuals overcome difficult circumstances and fulfill their potential. CBT identifies and challenges thoughts that fuel negative emotions and create problems in your life.
My approach is structured and goal oriented to maximize your growth and personal development. As a team, we establish an agenda at the beginning of each session to make sure that we address pressing concerns, and we tackle the factors that contribute to your challenges. We work together in developing strategies to address problems in a new way and create positive change.
By joining forces, we can sort through difficult situations. Ultimately, my goal is to support you as you make necessary changes to enjoy your life more fully.
