I work with young adults facing major life transitions, struggling with personal relationships, experiencing anxiety or needing support with ADHD.
I know the feeling- life can feel hard, overwhelming. Sometimes the reasons are clear; other times it is not obvious why we feel the way we do. I work with individuals who want to feel better– people who feel brave and ready to turn towards themselves to understand and take care.
My approach to therapy is rooted in helping people better understand their inner and emotional world and use that as a guide to find greater well-being. Whether I'm supporting someone dealing with a relationship challenge, or experiencing intense emotions, our work focuses on the here-and-now — your moment-by-moment experience. Together, we explore how your present experience may be shaped by the past. It is in this process where self awareness and self compassion can grow.
My work is grounded in the belief that through exploration, acceptance, and change, we can access our own authenticity and inner strength for change.
