I love working with university students, and have nearly 2 decades of experience in college settings.
I foster a warm and supportive environment in which I deliver specialized and confidential psychological services to college students who are feeling stuck or experiencing psychological problems. I create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for you to achieve your unique goals. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments. I bring my compassion and passion for mental health and my expertise as a researcher and author to your treatment.
I integrate CBT, ACT, interperonal, strengths-based, & multicultural approaches to psychotherapy. I have over a decade of clinical experience in a range of clinical settings (schools, universities, hospitals, & more!). I have expertise in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and using evidence-based treatment for BFRBs like trichotillomania. I have experience working in college mental health, and love working with college students!
