Accepting clients Last Updated 5 days ago

Mariah is a cis woman of color and the daughter of an immigrant. She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology at Seattle University where they utilize an existential-phenomenological philosophical framework. With her therapeutic presence Mariah hopes to foster a collaborative environment where people are able to show up authentically and reclaim their agency. Mariah prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and works to create a space where together you can explore new ways of being. She acknowledges that her identities factor into the way she shows up in this work and uses an intersectional lens to bring curiosities around your identities. She will use a liberatory and integrative approach to therapy and is interested in working with people who occupy minority identities. She hopes to create a consciousness around healing that trickles into interpersonal relationships and throughout communities.
