Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 20 days ago

Maria utilizes evidence-based methods to help adults who feel lost, confused, or discouraged. She works collaboratively to identify ineffective patterns, build self-understanding, and foster connections while honoring personal limits and values. Therapy with Maria is an active process, requiring commitment, but small changes can lead to meaningful, lasting results.

What should someone know about working with me? Therapy is all about the relationship—feeling safe enough to open up and trust the process. A good fit is key, and I encourage people to “shop around” for the right therapist. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll be transparent and help you find someone who is. Before our first session, you’ll complete an online intake packet, which many find helpful in getting started. The first few sessions focus on building trust and setting a foundation, ideally on a weekly basis for momentum. I work best with clients ready to explore their values, balance doing and being, and create meaningful change in their lives.
