Maria Nunley
Offering Telehealth/Virtual Counseling: As a Licensed Counselor, I work with clients to regulate emotions, manage anger/stress, and to increase motivation towards change and well being. Stepping onto a college campus for the first time, or the second and third year, can trigger a range of emotions. My work is on expanding perspectives that lead toward growth, progress, compassion for oneself and self forgiveness. Mental health hygiene and wellness is the ability to check in with ourselves on a daily basis and be honest about our feelings, beliefs, thoughts, emotions that effect our daily lives. My work will be in counseling and providing support as you explore your emotions in a safe place.
I am also a Certified Fitness Trainer who loves incorporating movement into counseling when it’s deemed effective.
