College can be an exciting but overwhelming time. Between academic pressures, changing relationships, and figuring out who you are, it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected. You may be struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, past trauma, relationship challenges, self-connection, and self-identity or feeling like you don’t quite fit in. Maybe you’re carrying emotional wounds that make it hard to trust yourself or others.

I’m Maria, a therapist who specializes in helping college students and young adults navigate life’s transitions, heal from past experiences, and build self-awareness and confidence. My approach is warm, empowering, inquisitive, collaborative, and creative—I blend science-backed therapies like EMDR and somatic/movement work with expressive arts and deep self-reflection to help you process emotions, manage stress, learn coping skills and feel more connected to yourself.

Our work together isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding your experiences, honoring your emotions, and helping you move through challenges with more ease. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling lost, you deserve a space where you can show up as you are and explore what healing means for you. If this resonates, let’s connect—I’d love to support you on your journey.
