Welcome. I look forward to working together to foster a renewed sense of hope while honoring your unique personhood and potential. I believe that creating a safe therapeutic environment where you feel listened to and understood is an important part of facilitating growth. Therefore I strive to remain curious, collaborative and affirming of your experience of your identities (gender, race, religion, etc.). I have over a decade of experience providing psychological services to children, adolescents and adults in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.

I have noticed that most people enter therapy with a sense of wanting to change and grow. They may even know how they want to do it. But as they try they encounter barriers that seem overwhelming. I enjoy helping people explore and unpack the complexity around these barriers by identifying patterns and narratives that end up leaving them feeling stuck.

I pull from a wide variety of therapeutic approaches (DBT, ACT, CBP, etc.) while operating from an emotion focused, relationally psychodynamic and trauma informed foundation. I'm currently working with adults of all ages providing individual, family and couples therapy. I look forward to learning more about you and seeing if we could be a good fit!
