Hi there!

I'm Maria, a licensed independent social worker in MA & RI. I have experiencing working with people all across the lifespan with anxiety and stress. I especially enjoy working with young adults as they navigate their own journeys into adulthood because, let's be honest, adulting is really freaking hard! My work focuses around helping you identify what you need to become independent and giving you the tools and supports to do so.
