With 13 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, I enjoy the opportunity to create a safer space for people to explore personal growth, discover ways to thrive with unique challenges and give themselves permission to live at their own pace.

I specialize in Trauma informed care, EMDR and Process arts. I come from a person centered approach.

I enjoy helping people work through traumas such as auto accidents, sexual trauma, assaults, medical trauma and abuse. I help people find ways to manage and navigate bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, chronic pain and psychosis.

I have specialized training and volunteer in spaces to support the LGBTQ, kinky, poly and disabled populations.
