I am offering in person and virtual therapy sessions and have a variety of time/days open. I am an interactive, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapist. My strengths are working with those who have anxiety. With compassion and understanding, I will help you build on your strengths, and learn strategies to calm your anxiety and learn effective coping skills.

The young adults I work with are able to safely explore difficult emotions, process current life events, and explore future goals, and what might be getting in the way of achieving these goals.
