People come to me when they are looking for ways out of being trapped, depressed, anxious or stuck. I work with individuals who don't know how to be their true selves - it is my mission them find ways to live an authentic and empowered life.

I am able to hold a lot of complexity and nuance for a variety of human needs and experiences. Especially close to my heart is working with the LGBTQ+ population, or anyone who feels they don't fit into what society, parents, friends, or others expect of them. I also enjoy existential deep dives and those who feel overwhelmed by their emotional landscape.

You are the expert on yourself - my role is to help you uncover who that self truly is, and help you to respond to that self with courage, connection and authenticity.
