Hi, I'm Marelena.
I'm an interning therapist at Reyngold Psychotherapy & Wellness Center and a graduate student in my final year at Northwestern University, where I'm earning my Master’s in Counseling.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding you. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and curious, creating a space where you can share anything without fear of being judged or turned away. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming symptoms, frustrating relationship patterns, or cycles of thinking and feeling that feel impossible to break, I can help. By exploring your life experiences in their full context, we’ll work towards creating lasting change rather than just temporary relief.
