I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience conducting Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT.) Aside from my extensive educational and clinical experience, my work is influenced by my lived experience, as an immigrant, fully fluent in Spanish, first generation college student, and parent to neurodivergent youth. I offer a professional and direct, yet warm and personable style to effectively help my clients, including young and older college students, address the stressors and mental health challenges they are facing, including relationship issues, adjustment disorders, depression, and anxiety. I am also an expert in the early diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders and have worked with parents and siblings of individuals presenting with ASD, ADHD, and other conditions.
