I am passionate about helping people develop greater compassion for themselves and others. With an emphasis on relational, CBT, and strengths-based approaches to therapy, I work collaboratively with individuals so that they feel empowered and hopeful about creating positive change. Together, we can work on developing relationship skills, coping strategies, self-awareness, and self-confidence. I also support individuals who are navigating life transitions and who are trying to better understand themselves. Some of my guiding values are empathy, curiosity, and kindness.

I primarily work with adolescents navigating the stressors of high school, college, and post-college life. I have worked as a therapist at the Danielsen Institute at Boston University and as a school counselor at both the middle and high school level. My hope is that therapy is a safe and helpful space where you can be authentic, and ultimately, feel better.

I offer a free phone consultation to help us determine if working together feels like a good fit and to answer any questions you may have about therapy. Please email me to set up an initial consultation.
