I have over 12yrs experience providing support and relief for people suffering from or trying to manage anxiety/depression as well as major transitions in life. I offer support, insight and tools to manage and overcome. I try to weave in both a clear understanding with the client as to the root cause of the concern or difficulty with at least 5 different tools they can use to help manage the day to day. Working at both these levels I have been able to see great success and change in my clients.
I am an engaging and warm individual that ensures from the beginning my clients feel comfortable and supported.
I have been trained and utilize many evidenced based treatments providing me multiple skills and options in treatments for my clients.
