I know that starting therapy can be stressful and intimidating a process. It doesn’t have to be !

All people strive to reach their fullest potential and heal from the past. We need to be seen, heard, understood, accepted, and loved just as are right now. Hardship, trauma, and stress changes the way we are in-tune with ourselves, in relation to others, and make sense of life. I view therapy as supportive place to foster change. I take a person-center approach and focus on building a comfortable, warm, nurturing relationships that promotes to self-awareness and growth

I primarily work with individuals with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have advanced certification and training in trauma, grief, and interpersonal violence. I am passionate about helping individuals that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or lost over come hardship and difficulties, whether from current stressors or past experiences.

I have immediate openings for telehealth on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. I have in person appointments available on Thursdays.
