Maggie Yousef
Welcome! I am an EMDR-trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience working with at-risk adolescents (13-18) in short-term residential therapeutic settings. I also have Telehealth experience and experience with victims of sexual assault, as well as referrals from Orange County Social Services Agency. I have experience treating Depression and PTSD and have helped clients reach a place of positive self-concept and one where traumatic memories no longer affect their everyday lives. I am most passionate about teens but have also worked with adults and young children.
I believe in healing, restoration, and freedom. No matter who you are and how you ended up here, I believe you will encounter hope. Broken hearts can heal. Grief will pass. And the past does not have to dictate the future.
The journey of therapy is one of self-discovery. Together, we will excavate the tools already within you to live your best life. If these are hidden, we will find them. If they are visible, we will strengthen them. Either way, this journey is about you. And it would be my honor to walk it with you.
