I am a licensed therapist who specializes in addressing overwhelming emotions and patterns of unhelpful behaviors, and navigating difficult life transitions, particularly in young adults and teens. I combine evidence-based interventions with a strengths-based approach to help you work through stressors, reach your goals, and build a positive, fulfilling life. It takes tremendous courage to explore change and I will walk alongside you through this work. Together, we will identify and overcome obstacles and empower you with tools to move past habits and patterns that are holding you back.
I have expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and positive psychology, and have experience with diverse populations in the treatment of anxiety, behavioral, and mood disorders. I work with clients to address academic, social and emotional difficulties and equip them with tools to thrive during transitions.
