Welcome! I help young women who feel unfulfilled, overwhelmed, anxious, and who take on too much because they struggle to say "no."
Maybe you notice you place a lot of pressure on yourself and are constantly worried about others figuring out you feel like a mess and an imposter on the inside.
This stress, anxiety, and uncertainty has been building up and interfering with your ability to engage in life and feel connected and happy.
In therapy, we can work on exploring the root of what brings you to therapy and build skills that help you communicate more effectively, feel more confident and emotionally balanced, and feel more grounded and connected to yourself and others.
We go at your pace and prioritize your goals, though I may challenge you here and there if I see you underestimating yourself or falling back into old behaviors.
