Maggie Luckhardt, Psy.D.
Maggie Luckhardt, Psy.D. believes that the foundation for effective therapy is a trusting and empathic relationship. From there, she helps her clients develop insight to their thinking and behavior patterns in order to make space for change. Dr. Luckhardt works collaboratively with folks of all ages to develop a plan and empower them to follow through on change. She incorporates approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build skills and change thinking and behaviors.
Dr. Luckhardt completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Hartford. She completed her American Psychological Association accredited internship at UMass Memorial Community Healthlink Youth and Family Center. Dr. Luckhardt has a special interest in mind-body approaches, and completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2014.
