Welcome! I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault, as well as college/graduate students and young professionals with concerns related to anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, relationships, and self-esteem. I am here to support you in building self-trust, increasing self-understanding, leaning into your strengths, and living according to your values. Sometimes we get "stuck" in unhelpful patterns-I aim to help you move through these "stuck" places so that you can meet your goals and engage more fully in your life.

Through creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space, I hope to help you experience the freedom to be your full self, explore your inner world, and challenge yourself. I adapt my therapeutic style to fit your needs, and I see us as partners in your growth and healing.

I know that finding a therapist who is a great fit can be a difficult process. I invite you to explore more about what it might be like to work with me at my website, and reach out to schedule a free consultation call to connect more. I can answer any questions you might have about working together.

My practice is via telehealth, and I see clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Colorado.

*Note: I am in-network with several insurances in Massachusetts and Colorado, but I am out-of-network in New Hampshire. I can provide a superbill for my clients to request reimbursement from their insurance. Please reach out with any questions; I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
