It takes a lot of courage to be honest about how you're feeling and get the resources you need while working through life problems, challenges, or traumatic experiences. As your counselor I will meet you where you are and work diligently to create trust and safety in our relationship so you can bravely share your troubles and explore the patterns in your life that are no longer serving you. I aim to create a therapeutic space that's warm, nonjudgmental and accepting. We'll work collaboratively to meet your needs and goals.

For 5 years I worked as a Rape Crisis Counselor answering calls for a rape crisis hotline. My clinical interests include PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBTQ+. My approach is trauma-informed and I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, humanistic-existentialism, mindfulness and somatic awareness.

You don't need to walk your path alone. With the right support, therapeutic tools, and commitment to the deep work, new healing pathways from within you can emerge. Please reach out if you live in Pennsylvania and want to chat further about working together, it would be an honor to serve you.
