I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist based in State College, Pennsylvania, offering in-person and virtual therapy for adults across the state. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, attachment therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and humanistic–existential approaches for adults 18 and over. I've also worked for 5 years as a Rape Crisis Counselor answering calls for a rape crisis hotline.
