Hello and welcome! My name is Maeghan (she/her) and I am a Licensed Master Social worker in New York.

It takes a lot of bravery to start therapy and I know the process of finding the right therapist is not always easy. I commend you for taking this step and hope to support you in your therapy journey!

I work primarily with adults experiencing a range of needs such as anxiety, depression, and life changes. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative.

I utilize a strengths-based approach and client-centered perspective in my practice. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I aim to meet you where you are by creating a compassionate and accepting space for you to share your true self.

I received my MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work in NYC in 2019.
