Madison Knowlton
Clients that connect best with me are seeking out a compassionate space to minimize stress, improve self-esteem, develop coping skills, regulate emotions, and work towards building long-lasting change. I specialize in supporting adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, the development of social skills, and relationship conflict. Building a collaborative, trusting relationship together is of utmost importance to me.
l use a client-centered, trauma-informed, social justice approach to individualize the therapy experience for each of my clients. My work is emotionally-focused and encourages you to be curious about potential root causes of your distress. I believe in equity, equality, and justice for all. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
I exclusively provide services on a virtual platform to allow for greater flexibility with scheduling and comfortability for clients. Don't be surprised if my two cats make an appearance during our virtual sessions! Do you feel like we may be a good fit? I would love to chat with you and be a part of your therapy journey. Please feel free to reach out!
