Welcome! I am a bilingual Psychotherapist (Hablo Espanol) that provides a safe space to explore your inner world and make sense of your outer world. I have over 10 years of experience working in the areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, healthy relationships, sexual health, HIV care and prevention, Sex positivity, substance use, anxiety, depression, and other life and mental health concerns.
You are the expert in you! Therefore my approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. Together we will discuss and decide the best approach to meeting your therapeutic goals. Approaches may include Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and/or other modalities as needed.
You should walk away from sessions feeling heard, understood, not judged and hopeful.
