Madeline Quates

Licensed Professional Counselor, LCPC, NCC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I believe in a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy where clients have the space and support to explore new approaches to mental health through examination of personal values and identities, development of mindful coping techniques, and integration of positive core-beliefs into daily life. I primarily utilize an eclectic approach drawing from existential therapy, person centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I am also trained in eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR).
I am passionate about providing therapeutic support to adolescents and adults dealing with LGBTQIA+ concerns, women’s issues, stress and trauma, identity development, life transitions, and anxiety.
