Early attachment experiences and relational environments shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. When those experiences involve chronic stress, neglect, or rupture, the effects can echo across generations. My approach attends carefully to these developmental layers, helping clients build regulation, integration, and a renewed sense of agency.

I offer an exploratory therapy process grounded in careful attention to the patterns that shape our inner world and relationships. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, incorporating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and expressive arts therapies to support healing at both cognitive and embodied levels.
