Only a 12 minute walk from CofC!
My first experience with therapy was in college, and ever since, I have been passionate about working with college students as they navigate the highs and lows of their college journey.

As a therapist, my engaging approach will support, encourage, and challenge you. I passionately believe that through collaboration, we will reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and identify your blind spots and pain points. Understanding the way you were raised and relationship dynamics from an early age can help you become self-aware and make connections to how you are relating with others in your life. This increased self-awareness will be our starting point. With my support, you will use your insights to redirect your life to achieve self acceptance and the inner-peace you seek.

I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health issues, stress, grief, or life transitions to help them process through and heal from their pasts. I have also helped people navigate through various experiences of stress and/or trauma, such as childhood/developmental, sexual, physical, emotional, or religious/spiritual.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions. New clients are currently accepted and I look forward to hearing from you!
