Are you feeling overwhelmed and like you've lost touch with joy and meaning in your life? Do you feel frozen and lonely? Angry and full of grief? Lost? Sometimes there aren't even words to describe how it feels to get through each day. The world we are living in can be so painful. I don't believe that you should have to figure it out on your own. I'm here for you. I want to provide a space where every part of you can be truly seen and heard. You aren't alone.

I specialize in Art Therapy and Trauma-informed Therapy. Art-making is great for the brain and a helpful tool for healing trauma, regulating anxiety, finding purpose when experiencing depression, or exploring identity when feeling lost. The best part? You don't have to be an artist to benefit from this amazing therapeutic tool.

I love building safe, caring relationships with people. I know meeting someone new can feel scary, but I want to do everything I can to help relieve some of that stress. We'll start with a quick and free consult call to answer questions and ensure a good fit. Then, we'll get started! I hope my office can become a place where you feel right at home.
