Empathetic, but effective, Dr. Penny Levin is a clinician with more than 25 years of experience who is uniquely qualified to help you through a host of stressful situations. Dr. Levin is a psychologist and a personal trainer/nutrition specialist, and has co-authored chapters in two Sport Psychology textbooks. Her understanding of the mind and body allow her to assist athletes struggling with performance or an injury, students in the throes of a career crisis, and people dealing with day-to-day stress.

Dr. Levin has served on the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Medical Quality, is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, and is an FAA Certified Flight instructor. She regularly writes and presents on stress management, health/fitness and aviation safety, and is a nationwide presenter for the Air Safety Institute.
