Hello, I'm Lynne. Moving through life is like a book. We are all in the process of composing our own stories. Sometimes we get stuck, due to choices, events, or behaviors. This causes anxiety and depression. It’s like a bookmark getting stuck in the pages of our story, and as we try to move forward, the pages fall open to that bookmarked, painful memory. With the help of therapy, we can heal from that pain and take the bookmark out of the book of our life. The pages remain, but they will serve to make us stronger and wiser as we fill in the empty pages before us today. By learning new skills, and gaining the ability to adapt, we can move forward with a sense of purpose and peace.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate through anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, and narcissistic personality disorder. Additionally, I offer spiritual guidance and support through SonderMind Video Telehealth, making therapy accessible and convenient for you.

With an MA and certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work on building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering a deeper understanding of yourself.

I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you on your journey. Let's work together to turn the pages of your life story with intention and hope. Reach out today, and let's begin this transformative journey together.
