We’ve all been there. Maybe not to the same degree or about the same issue but we all know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and want things to change. The struggle can be to figure out how to make that happen. Faulty and/or destructive thoughts and beliefs can impact our ability to be successful in bringing about this change. My expertise lies not just in helping you to identify and take the steps necessary to make this change but with compassion, a nonjudgmental attitude, warm sense of humor and a collaborative approach, I help to create hope that over time it can!
As a Licensed Clinical/School Social Worker, I've worked with adolescents and adults with diverse backgrounds to help manage anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles and other life transitions using therapeutic strategies such as motivational interviewing, CBT and solution focused therapy. please note: I provide TELEMEDICINE services only.
When I speak with potential clients, they often share they had been thinking about finding a therapist for some time. Something happened to encourage you to look today. Let’s now work together to help you feel more in control of your stress. Life is what you make of it. It’s time to take that first step forward towards making it better. You’re worth it!
