Lynette Ingram Cassel
Hello. I am an Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor in Arlington, MA who enjoys working with young adults. I support people as they learn new skills to feel better, rediscover their confidence, and build their relationships. I am an inclusive therapist who supports all people. My clients are often struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as how to manage relationships with family, friends, and partners. Many are exploring how to stay balanced and healthy while working towards their future goals.
I tailor my approach based on the client's needs and challenges. As an art therapist, I try to take a creative approach to sessions by letting clients express themselves and find support through art, writing, and mindfulness practices if they like, as well as through talking. Send me an email to see if I may be a good fit for your needs. I meet with people in-person or online. www.lynetteingramcassel.com
