Navigating early adulthood can feel overwhelming—you're figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to make it all work. I specialize in supporting young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, and the often messy transition into adulthood.
My approach is person-centered, which means you're in the driver’s seat. I'm here to listen, validate your experience, and sit alongside you as you move toward the life you want. In our first few sessions, I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can unload, reflect, and begin to tell your story—at your pace.
What makes my practice unique is that I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to feel stuck or uncertain, and I also know that healing and growth are absolutely possible. I’m passionate about this work because I believe life is meant to be enjoyed—and just like our physical health, our mental health deserves care and attention
