Lyndsey Johnsen

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hi, I’m Lyndsey, a therapist, who works with students experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship struggles, identity questions, or just feeling stuck.

College can be so overwhelming—balancing classes, friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are can feel heavy and defeating. I offer a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where you can explore what’s on your mind, develop healthy coping strategies, and reconnect with your sense of purpose.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded. I use a blend of talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and self compassion practices. Whether you're feeling lost, burnt out, or just need someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here to help you feel heard and supported.

You don’t have to have it all figured out—let’s work on it together.
