Hello all! I am a trauma therapist with extensive experience helping people heal from trauma and navigate stress. I began working in Northern Iraq, helping folks heal from war trauma and violence. I now work in Denver with New Americans and immigrant families as they adjust to the US, and here in Boulder with anyone ready to heal from trauma and feel more alive. My practice is called Prosocial because it is a community-based model, which means when you come to therapy with Prosocial, you make it possible for others to access affordable, low-cost therapy. Your session gives a session, and every session counts. This is where self-care becomes community care. Find out more at my website at the bottom of this page. Let's heal together!
