Luminous Mental Health is a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and integrative psychiatry practice co-founded by two compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioners: Angela Lebrun, PMHNP and Astrid Monroe, PMHNP, PMH-C. We specialize in holistic, personalized mental health care that supports your healing across mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, identity shifts, or life transitions—we're here to listen, support, and collaborate with you. Our care may include medication management, labs, nutritional and herbal support, and mind-body tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered.
