Luminous Mental Health is a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and integrative psychiatry practice co-founded by two compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioners: Angela Lebrun, PMHNP and Astrid Monroe, PMHNP, PMH-C. We specialize in holistic, personalized mental health care that supports your healing across mind, body, and spirit.

Our care may include medication management, labs, nutritional and herbal support, and mind-body tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered.
