A friend asked me the other day what is one word I want to focus on in 2026, and the word I selected was, "movement". That answer came from an Alfred Adler quote I had read earlier and stuck with me; "Trust only movement. Life happens at the level of events, not of words. Trust movement." If you're looking for someone to share things that you have not said out loud, why not me? In this world, counselor profiles all sound the same. If I have your attention for five more seconds, I want you to know I love what I do. I want to hear what you are going through, and be alongside you as you force movement in your life, this year.
If you're still reading: I enjoy when people want to talk about not being sure what their purpose in life is. I enjoy confrontation (the non-toxic kind) and have found that most people appreciate my authenticity; I can't help but being myself.
